What are the photo-chemicals? I thought it was just a nitrogen-rich liquid. It can't be too toxic or it couldn't be converted into fertilizer, right? I realize in high concentrations it kills vegetation but if it's discarded where there's no vegetation (Auric) then who cares? How bout a retention pond on the Auric property?
