I dont believe fraud was involved, and if this stocks new management does what I think they will, the shareholders will be very happy and JB will be a hero for resurrecting this company from Otto's chicanery. Otherwise, if JB didnt do the right thing, Otto would have won by this company being worthless. Right now this company is on its way to bigger and better.

My guess would be, YOU would've done the R/S - and walked away years ago, to only leave hundreds of sh. holders w/ nothing, but worthless paper & an empty bag, and tax right offs for many years to come.
So, you see Jeff's way comes out MUCH better for all - sure he profits more than the rest of us, as he should!

doomer, There's NO such proof of any fraud or wrong doing on Jeff's part (I DO KNOW that) and making such an asinine statement like that shows even more proof......YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE EVEN TALKING ABOUT!
