You should check out the posts over the last few years that "valued" the company at $30 million, $50 million and more. Meanwhile, the actual value was less than $1 million a few weeks back and based on the financial statements, that looked over valued to me.
My point was no one will pay 25 cents as it is currently only worth 4.5 cents post RS. Now if the stock were to run up to 25 cents I can see why people may buy shares at 25 cents.
Basically its worth 5 cents, no one is going to do any sort of big financing deal until the price is well above 25 cents.
