I am not sure I would characterize a multi-million dollar deal as hostile considering it will take years (6?) to get that revenue back. DC was hostile because Bilo pulled the plug on their finances.

P.S. If Rob was brought to assist Iain on the Transaction, then it would seem logical he would have had the same fate as Iain.
