I noticed he was originally put in his position as a judge by George Bush, but was elected to office subsequently. Well I would guess he knows Sears. The problem is that we now have a lawyer willing to fight and maybe do the right thing. There are always appeals if it comes to that. Do you know why the Bill of Review case was transferred from the 333rd to the 151st District ? I would go to the judge with that issue.
