ALL WE GOTTA DO IS (SUCK EM-UP)

Alan is the Dredge builder and he has been designing and perfecting his gold grabber since 1985

Hello Bob,

In Africa there are many more values in the alluvial deposits than just gold. This being the case my gold dredge design will recover these other “rare earth values”

And will recover the very smallest of gold and these minerals as well.

I use a sump type recovery that I designed in 1985 for the South America market, since then I have shipped them to Africa, Russia, Australia, and Alaska, Nome area.

The diesels range from Yanmars, to Kuntz depending on availability and special needs of customers.

The basic operation and recovery is this in a nut shell:

The material is brought up the jet tube to a wash area, the larger gold and nuggets are recovered first then fines are separated at this point across a 3/8 inch punch plate mounted at a certain angle and in just the right place.

The fines and all material with a specific weight of 6 and heavier are pulled into the sump area and distributed across a recovery deck mounted on the upper deck.

Some customers like to pump out of the sump directly into drums or barrels for later separation under more controlled environment conditions.

Most rivers in Africa run many thousands of dollars per pound of recovered “rare earths" and other “strategic metals" and the gold is just a bonus.

I hope this gives you some idea what we can do.

Regards Alan
