That home is an hr away from us. That is the area Adam, ( Chance and Breezy 2 yr old son lives ). Where I took the Vid of them running a few days ago.... I was told it was on the market a little over a yr ago for 800 K. It was a Divorce sale. They finally dropped it down to 625. Now by my area a home like that would still be in the 700 K range, yet go 30 miles to the south and place that home in Illinois, and it would jump to 1.25 M. range.
This is our home in Racine Wi. We have No Elevator...LOL
