We would likely have to look to the next 10k for more info on how long the restriction is in place for. I am sure Mr. Lee would answer that question directly if one can't wait for the 10k. I think these guys are trying to lower the float and wrap it up in tight hands so when they do make a move to raise the share price it will move to AMEX levels with little trouble. When that move will be I have no idea
The sad part is this makes huge news but they won't pr anything...yet
