Darth, I am assuming you said that in jest? The only energy was a slight selloff in the final 2 hours of trading. My guess is we will see a bump Monday morning, from the chasers. By mid afternoon Monday we will see this stock settle into it's true base, where it will remain until the next Company update.

Since we did see a .04+ spike after they met in Miami and verbally agreed on changes, there is hope that once signed and sealed, you might see a similar or even greater spike 24-48 hours before the annoucement. That will be the tell. Not sure who bought 10/7, but if it was MPers, then I won't get excited, but if it was JV people, then I will expect more thunder.

Most Important was it answered my question as to where and what the delays consisted of up to this point and clarified the only thing left is for the approved changes to be put into amendment form. It also appears there is No More Lawyering required, especially from our fearless leader, which is a monumental breakthrough.

I used to play an a basketball team and our team name was ShutUpandShoot. I would translate that over here to ShutUpandSign. Haha
