#8637 RE: sunspotter #8635

I understand what you are saying. I am NOT saying everything is rainbows and sunshines regarding the Davis'. AT ALL. Read my last post about being about keeping a level of skepticism with any penny stock I invest.

As for the suing those responsible, why waste more money? If we sued every penny stock we've lost money, we'd for sure be in the negative. I've taken my licks on penny stocks and moved on OR waited it out in hopes to make my gains back. I consider it a lesson learned. I also don't think scamsters should continue to hurt the pocketbooks of folks trying to make a few extra dollars.

This is my last post of the day so my reply to someone that wants to sue a fraudster in the PENNY STOCK world is, good luck. Yes, they will continue to get away with it, rather on the same stock until they get busted or on another. Like I said in my previous post, they can report it to the SEC, have the stock halted and get more losses. Their choice. Penny stocks are risky. PERIOD. I hope they get what they strive for. Then again, I do not invest what I cannot afford to lose.

I still hold some shares and will just wait. That is all. I have no more posts for the day. Good luck to everyone. I usually don't post, which is the reason why I didn't renew my premium membership but, I feel for those that lost out due to what has transpired over the last couple days.

Last post of the day:
Look, apparently there are at least 2 companies with the same name, ie. Golden Valley DI. Both have been abused by frauds, so their name & reputation is damaged. So it would be logical that they will ask their lawyers to take care of it. Especially our GVDI - that is listed on the OTC - because their are being suspected by their own shareholders of being involved. If they don't do anything at all to clear their name & to defend their shareholders, then they are very suspicious & a group of shareholders should/will take care of it.
Maybe we could force them to as shareholders....
Anyway, I agree that OTC isn't always without any risk, but this seemed to be a legitimate company, so let them prove they are clean. If not they will be punished, because where I live we never let frauds run with hard earned money.
Goodnight to all.
