It doesn't make sense though because we were supposed to acquire a US based company. Unless this is something different. Or there's a city in Florida named "Japan."

Interesting development here. It made me cancel my sell orders for 20M shares till further DD and this on a Saturday :)

A quick look on this made me think. We have been discussing as to how a smaller co. can acquire another one that is 10x bigger in revenue.
There were rumors that the US co. could be buying us out or reverse merge. But how about this thought:

Fusion COL merges with Polaris Holding, both companies surviving but Polaris Holding becoming a subsidiary of Fusion COL.
Polaris Holding acquires US. Tel co.

There is some big restructuring and expansion going on. When Kuni says: I am working on shareholders value increase, he is.
He hasn't sold a single share and this shows that all is on track.
