#39124 RE: Lottalead #39123

So the judge is still considering the transfer. Well, Well. I guess we had someone a little too eager to claim victory.

Markle is on top of this game and continues to fight the fight. I like the fact that he sent the court a letter saying it was his understanding that the court date had been changed. Not an absolute necessity, but with the folks he's dealing with it covers him so they can't come back monday and say the court date was 15 Nov. You never know, maybe the other side called him to say the case was rescheduled or something. I like his attention to detail. And once he gets it transferred he can petition the other court to disqualify Williamson. We'll see what the Daic parties come up with on monday. Probably the same thing they filed twice already.

Meanwhile we have an insider buying a substantial amount of shares. I don't think $26k is a small amount of cash to be throwing at a stock unless you think something positive is pretty imminent. (I understand someone thought this insider only bought $3k worth of shares. They just need to start reading more closely.)

So basically we have an attorney that appears to be slogging through the filings and now has three months to depose Williamson and whoever else he wants. The judge HASN'T ruled on the Daic parties Motion to quash the Deposition of Williamson or the subpoena yet either. I'm not sure what explanation the judge can give for not allowing the deposition and documents Markle has requested. It becomes too obvious if every ruling is made against one side.

The judge is getting a backlog of Motions to rule on and I don't think that will stop anytime soon.

The picture just keeps getting better. A competent attorney, the case taking it's time so that Markle now has the time needed, a possible deal with Tmob, insiders with confidence at this juncture. The Ignore feature on Ihub working excellent. My koolaid glass more than half full.

I just can't see anything going on right now that is concerning, except people on this board trying to get the price down so they can get back in. I would encourage them to get back in so they don't miss out on the deal of the decade. I hate to see them not benefit like I'm going to. Please get back in before you lose out. I'm just trying to save you the agony of not having bought when you could have. You will make so much more money by being in than being out. Just thought I'd throw a little humor in.

I do think the stock will tick up some over the next three weeks, mostly due to demand and lack of people selling.
