Actually I take that back, because clearly the connection of DVJ and BNPD exists by BNPD own PRs:

BNPD is receiving inquires from shareholders wanting know when the inoculation of Haematococcus and harvesting of the Astaxanthin will take place. BNPD's CEO, Ms. Monique Berry, stated today that, "We are making great strides and working day and night preparing and planning for inoculation. We have lab staff working at our headquarters in Santa Ana, California 7 days a week and traveling each week to Death Valley Junction just to monitor the growth of this valuable strain. We will announce the anticipated date of our first inoculation by the end of October."

It is a valid question to ask about the progress at DVJ since it clearly represents the end product BNPD supposedly needs in order to function.

As far as BNPD bringing money to the table, you cannot be serious, they have no money, they just forced BEHL to raise the AS another 2.5B shares to act as collateral. Is this setting in yet? This is a shell game and nothing more they will finish out BEHL for as much money as they can squeeze out and fold it under and transfer everything to BNPD. In an acquisition or merger have you ever seen either company be allowed to continue to increase their share structure? No, because it increases the costs of that acquisition/merger. there are so many fundamental flaws with this whole deal that it is laughable to think it is anything other than a shell game.

BB1, the only question that I would consider on topic
tonight would be to ask Berry if BNPD still plans to
obtain the debenture. My point has been clear on this.
If BNPD can't get the $5 mil. then why is BEHL talking
to BNPD in the first place. If BNPD is not going to
bring the money to9 the table, what would be the point.

Lol....Awesome deal was it not? Yesterday a PR appears over on BNPD stating BEHL failed to come up with the funds to finalize the Acquisition of the BNPD shell....I would rank that right up there with "Yeah not only did we get the check for $75,000, but we got two of them".... How well did that pan out, the lies still keep being uncovered..lol...So who was acquiring whom?????
