Weren't people saying the same thing at all levels? Wasn't everyone supposed to buy and hold forever?

Stocks have investors and traders. Those that have held all or the majority of there positions are the investors.

I will admit there was selling but not everyone is part of the team, we have swing traders also here and they help drive it up as well as the flippers.

Not everyone is part of the hold team, we know that.
