1. You started & dumped poker investors without even buying a software license and establishing servers.
2. What have you been doing in VEGA from last three years other than bullshitting and selling shares by pumping.
a) If there is not even a facility, not even a license with the envioronmental protection agency, not even a land.
b) How you CEnergia contract for 100% selling got if you don't even idea about the technology and plans you know about and neither you have budget of $20 million dollars.
c) Where these facilities are in China, Brazil, Asia coming up?
d) Why you are offering people shares and money not to file a complaint and stopping them to go to SEC.
e) How can you talk about registering to higher stock exchange with no real work with dissolved license.
You have heaped 5-7 million dollars in these scam. We don't have to prove if its a scam or not, you have to prove why its not a scam ??
