I'm sure EI will send you an answer if he hasn't allready but we're looking at several months after Jan. 12, 2011.

I must apologize to jimmyturbine - I misunderstood his question earlier.

Some mention of possible outcomes as to a pps has been put out there in previous post(s)...but it's something many of us cringe to do. (and now I understand that you knew that...hence why you put in your disclaimer in your previous post).

worst case imo is .40
best case imo is $3 ~ $4

It all comes down to settlements. All claimants being equal...it seems to me that the percentage amounts of the "haircuts" should be spread out equally as well. Does the trustee see it that way? I don't know.

In any event I would gladly take the worst case #'s and be content!
