usually penny stock co sells debenture in 50%~70% discounted. I guess they got a lot of shares before breakout around 0.007. So their margin level should be around 0.003~0.004. When volume goes dying, it can tank hard because they will finish up selling their shares. The company has lots of liability, 10M, it's unfortunate, this company is in big trouble if they can make money from stock selling which is the only money resource. Don't hold long, this stock is losing stock.
