But i will say that it looks like back in 2005, ICOA had inFlux do work for them as well. Their 2005 site was (IMO) a bit more interactive (feeling wise anyway). http://www.icoacorp.com/2005-site/
Hopefully the site update will happen quicker, since they've (apparently) had previous working relations and should be familiar with the ICOA site content already.
