That is true, but there is also the chance that there may be an announce after closing. And if that is the case, there may be a 'gap' opening.
As I mentioned in my prior post, I woke up to an FDA approval, and there was no chance for entry prior to the gap, which was up over 800%+ in the morning....

What is the connection between CDII and KAT. Their Oct. 29 revised guidance mentions two Co. in their consulting segment. Is it possibly KAT.
