Yeah, looks like the 3rd quarter 10-Q to me. Thanks for pointing that out. I don't think it changes anything here, but it keeps us from hoping for a filing on Monday that has already been made.

Here is something I saw. Your link showed both the most recent 10-Q quarterly, and 10-K annual. Ok Im a Jr. Accountant so Im more than familiar.

Interesting thing... half way down the first section on both, there is a question.

Is the reporting company a shell company (paraphrased)

The 10-K in March 2010 says yes.

The 10-Q in Sept 30, 2010 says no.

Check that out peeps....we ARE expecting news and there are NO more questions about that.
