Even AEB can't seem to find them. The last annual report filed by Barnett for the year 2005 (where are the subsequent annual reports that are required?) shows Barnett as the SOLE director contrary to the Articles. This likely confirms that he didn't even care at that time what the Articles of Incorporation said.
