This company is ISSUING SHARES. The data shows 60 million shares were issued in the 1-2 months. They increased authorization by 1 freaking billion shares in the last 1-2 months. Do companies that buy back stock do that? lol

The "buyback" is typical EMXC BULL! It is token at best, and certainly less than the 60 million they just issued. Of course most pink sheet investors are not experienced enough to see this.

The company has little to no cash, which one can see even in the unaudited financials. It has relied on loans/iou's from execs to survive. This is all documented by the company. Take a look!

The joke is on you folks! Watch the responses to my posts, do you see any of them discussing the facts? Do you wonder why?
