The company CEO/COB already confirmed that DILUTION for capital raising is the main culprit here, to the tune of a float at 2.3B shares. They have been selling each raise of the AS into the float, that is by far the largest factor driving this stock in the ground, the second largest is the lack of RESULTS to date. Both of them combined are 95% of the PPS action, that 5% short crap really makes no difference as no kidding it is also a result of the two largest reason why it is here in the first place.
