Okay, so either way, he has to follow the letter of the law. IF he doesn't not only can he lose his job but also be charged criminally. Assuming that he dismisses something that CLYW provides, he had better be real sure that he has a leg to stand on and that it is legal. Unless he is planning on being paid off by Daic and his cronies and fleeing the country. If that is the case, then sooner or later he would be found and he would be extradited. And other judges, well they aren't so lienient on there own that has tarnished their professions and made a mockery of the legal system. So really, why do we need to worry about him still presiding on this case? Don't get me wrong, I am not arguing here, I am just trying to understand. I mean, really, if the jury sympathizes with CLYW, no matter what the judges says in admisable or inadmisable, they are still going to consider it. They are human beings. And one thing that I can see going for CLWY, is the fact that this trial is being held in the United States of America, and right now, most people aren't going to be too sympathetic to a guy that doesn't even call the USA his home. I guess I am willing to take my chances, unless you have something really compelling to the contrary.
