I agree with everything you've said too, they did know about prop 19's ficle support and the flip flopperey of californians lol

as for the divy shares, who really knows; to be honest. your guess is as good as mine. i know Dr. Melamede likes getting news to his people in a big way, they write some hard PR. they are one of those speak quietly and carry a big stick kind of companies. i don't think enough people appreciate that. but yes, i am sure there will be some kind of restriction period; and i've heard rumors of them offering options for picking up more shares as well, so we will see how this all works out
