When I spoke to Nevada SOS office, Jessica was not the most erudite of assistants, and I am not the most erudite of investors.....with that said, my post was made while on the phone with her, and I got down the wording as far as I can tell, that she used. There was no verbage used to say "split", but the new structure was in there....."1 for 250" was said, the words "preferred series a" were used, and I had to find out through Investopedia what exactly preferred series a meant. You seem like a very knowledgable investor, so please call her and ask her yourself; it took me 5 minutes...their office is open now I believe, 8 am Nevada time....reread my post from that day as well, like I said, I tried to type what she was saying as she said it.
