and *tda's* deposition and the .. er .. discrepancy
of shares traced back to them would also have to be
*explained* where *exph* shares are concerned

wow .. wouldn't that be a hoot to have some of their
customers' trading records subpoenaed .. to say nothing
of pursuing depositions against exph's primary MM for
the last 3+ years ..

yeah i'd certainly be interested in seeing what comes
about *there* ;-)

been following a particular case since feb 2007 .. it's
still not *resolved* .. ironic to me really that time is
an *issue* where expo is concerned .. yet we who've called
the sec and finra are still .. er .. patiently waiting on
*clarity* re: FTD'S that are MIA .. and sure as hell will
be on any .. er .. lawsuit

please JS....don't talk about credibility on EXPH board. There is nothing left here....IMO.

I am posting my negative views not to get cheap shares, If I am confident that the pps will rise, I would have got atleast 10 M shares...but guess what, the way company is dumping shares...one has to guess what would be next.
