RINO - as usual I don't have an opinion on who is right or wrong here. And if I had one it wouldn't matter at all as I don't know more than what has been published, and I certainly don't know more than the five analysts covering the stock with a current average price target of $29.
The best thing I can come up with when we have short attacks like this, is to make a judgment based on the management's actions before and after such an article has been published. I can then choose to believe management or not.
Here, RINO management is basically saying they are going to investigate their own actions, don't want anyone asking questions, and it seems very unlikely that the outcome of such an internal investigation is "we found that we did in fact divert tens of millions of shareholder's money for our personal use."
