I was not speculating on his status. I know his status. I was simply pointing out that Tom Crom was misrepresenting the facts when he said he was a CPA. As others have pointed out here, you cannot make that claim without also adding the disclosure that your status is inactive without violating the clearly set out rules. The CPA regulatory agencies don't take kindly to a person whose license is inactive holding themselves out otherwise.

More importantly, it goes to the character of this guy. It is obvious that he has little respect for the truth... given it took me to reveal this ruse before he made accurate disclosure in subsequent disclosure docs. When you know someone is prone to misleading you, it causes you to wonder what else don't we know... what else isn't he telling us?

He was required to audit the books within 71 days of filing the 8K on the acquisition and didn't so we have absolutely no idea what the economic truth is about this company? We have no way of knowing if what they have been hyping in the press releases are true or not. All I have been able to locate tells me this is not at all what it is being represented to be.

I've found a patent that once belonged to one of their guys but that they assigned to their competitor, Emissions Technologies. They have not disclosed any patent information at all. I had to dig that up.

And now, they have quit filing entirely rather than conduct the required audit. When they filed that NT 10Q, they had 5 days to get the financial statements filed. Since they didn't let the market know what is going on... that says only one thing. They are going dark. No disclosure... no nothing. I think all we will see from now on is hype in PR's and here from paid shills. The way to know them is to look for new accounts with no posts besides this stock.

In the days to come, since no one else seems to want to, I will research Tom Cromm and his pal Larry Lorenz and reveal their previous and current failures. Oh.. this isn't either of their first time at the rodeo. Both have a history of losing investor money. Crom has a history as being a sort of rent-a-CFO for little companies. I doubt he told them his CPA license was dormant either.

Anyone taking a good look at the execs behind this company wouldn't take money away from their Powerball fund to invest here.
