The JB hearing could be considered meaningful in that Judge Thurman will not allow senseless waste of equity on unfair compensation. If JB does not procure a loan, why should he be compensated for it? And if he is CEO, then that can be considered part of the job description.
You guys may not want to take any credit for it, but I consider this one small victory for shareholders, thanks in part to you and the ESHC.
