Is it correct to assume the attorneys have been aware of the judge's rulings for about a week or so and that is why we see the ammended motion for transfer from Markle before the judgement to deny posted? I also assume that the trial date has been moved to accomodate the request for emergency hearing and oral argument because of the amended motion. So we wait a few more weeks... doesn't bother me one bit.
