if nak is at 10 pps we are one fith (2), this is with only one pebble,6/7 ztem hits compared with (based on 900 drill holes by nak)current pebble.we jv 40/60 with nak and go all the way to a buy out. i see our pps at 7+, we no we will get bought well before we see that.If i was JB i would attempt to hold for 5. consolidation should occure before the permit procces ends. 4/5 bucks by end of 2012,(at current commoditie prices)This does not include silver bell or the az strip!

Awhile ago someone on this board suggested a simple,easy way to
evaluate the pps of NAK/LBSR : starting from the $1.5 B. AAL offered
to obtain 50% of Pebble.

Now :......50% Pebble = $1.5 B.
-----> 1 Pebble = $3.0 B.

If in the end LBSR winds up only5Pebble equivalents(make it
easy to calculate !) and LBSR owns only 40% after JV, Thus :

LBSR PPS = $3.0 B. x 5 x 40% / 800 MM shares =$7.50/shar.

So your 8 bucks a share is real close !
