Whatever problem you personally have with Mr. Reda and GDTK has nothing to do with the present principals.
So, please refrain from such blatant accusations without any foundation.That, sir, is slanderous.
IF you do not understand the offer, sorry. IF and I say IF you do indeed hold shares, I would think you would be happy as to the future increase in price.
The company has made an offer. What you and others do in reference to that, is entirely up to you.

I really don't understand what you are at. You keep repeating the same stuff over and over, the strip mall, dubious pasts etc. It is tiring.
You seem to have done serious DD and as you are no doubt sharp you would have done that before you brought shares, right? So why did you buy?
And now if you are dead sure its such a scam then sell. I see there is volume on there today so trades seem to be happening.

If there is some deeper gripe in general can you not bombard some other forum for a while.
