UWRL just lost a great merger deal due to their incompetence and lack of ability to remove their CE. If anything, this simply reflects UWRLs poor management. I've been a long time holder..but this is just getting ridiculous. They are accomplishing nothing, and simply stringing shareholders along with BS releases.
At this point.. even when they DO release the CE, WHO CARES?! they merger that was awaiting CE removal is gone. The rest of the mergers weren't touted in terms of CE removal holding back as much as the vu365 merger.
this is all based on the line, "has been looking to enter the USA markets for quite some time, and virtually exhausted its patience in discussion with another publicly traded company"
which is broad and general and doesnt acknowledge any specific publicly traded company. However...it just seemed that UWRL has been in talks with these guys for so long, with nothing happening, that they are the ones who are being spoken of when they mention "exhausted its patience"
