Maybe you or the Company can clear this up.
We have a poster saying 46 Mil shares
We have an e-mail from CEO saying 38 Mil
We have a Filing in 2008 saying 29 Mil

We also have people saying no dilution.

Someone is wrong, transparency in a legal document (Filing) would put tis to bed once and for all.

Would you not want to see accurate data related to share structure in a Filing?
