You're missing the point on the CC. One is very much needed. GDHI has conducted them before, even though the same information you cite now was available then. Why not now? We both know the answer to that question.

Shareholder conference calls are routine and expected. Shareholders do expect one as evidenced by all the inquiries asking for a date and time all of which have been ignored. The fact that there has been any communication as you suggest is a one-sided event.
