Put it on top of the St. Anne church and point it in the general direction of the project, like they did down in NY with the WTC cam.

I know the company you refer to. I'm not in it but I do check in on occasion since I know a few of the board members. I could see the same thing happening with Laidlaw since we know that there are some locals that will go to any length to see our company fail.
