I just looked it up and you are right...the new date is 2/7/2011. I don't see any reason nor is there a motion for a continuance, so I assume there was no courtroom available and being a 2010 case it would be the first to get bumped.

You are correct that not having a courtroom available is bad news for Calypso. However, I think that "gloating" about such an event shows either immaturity or an alternate agenda. Is your last name Daic?

I also noticed that Daic posted an amended response to the suit but I haven't had time to read it yet.
