You do not need a lot of employees if you are contracting labor out for the production of pulling the gold out of the ground. Which is what they are probably doing.

Keep the number of employees low and you do not have to have Workers Compensation Insurance and what you pay into unemployment is lower as well. The expense of WC more than makes up what a contracted employee would cost.

In my opinion if you are trying to bash or bring negativity to this board at least have an idea of what you are posting.
