certs that have not been deposited will not show up in DTCC and the TA will also know that they have been issued and not cleared. The TA shareholder list shows every single cert that has been issued...then when that issued cert is deposited it is sent in and the TA then clears it and reissues it to CEDE and that is held in Depository Trust (DTCC)
