They are still holding 12 million shares which is
a quite substantial amount of money.In the end Clarus
is still a investment company they would not have hold the
12 million of shares which is worth around $60 million
dollars if they are not confident of the future of AVNR imo.

Clarus have done well holding for so long they could have unloaded
all when they are up 200% pre approval and not taking the risk
of holding thru pdufa date where there is so much uncertainty.

All in all Clarus have only sold around 3 million shares after exercising the warrants.
