Well today was relatively ugly in the china space. The exact opposite to yday since the relative strength from yday was totally missing today. Shanghai was also red maybe that had something to do. All in all we have to be realistic and the sector had a huge run. Most of the stocks are extended. Tough to say what comes next. I would say we need to watch the USD. If the USD index goes above 78.40 we might have a problem in the overall markets.
