Duke, if you start counting from the 16th, and with
October have the "31st", that's 16 days, then add
14 days in November and that's a Sunday, Nov. 14th.
So 10K would be due on Nov 15th, the next business day
to keep from getting delisted.

IMO, do your own DD and day-count.
