Look at the info on this company. Tom is the DB that rips everyone in all of his dealings!

He is that guy which signed up new toxic Convertible Debenture deals behind our backs which resulted the Stockprice going only down and had to be R/S'ed 4 times already because the A/S maxed out, the same time putting out nice Press releases and promised buybacks and or dividents and dilution will subside shortly...among other stuff.

The CEO here, which once called one investor "DUDE" in his reply explaining him his finance math skills !!
Some called him once "da man with da plan" aswell...but it looks like this story didnt went as expected lateron.

We trusted him because of the familys reputation...but we all lost a fortune believing the crap theatre that went on here.

P.S. she owned preferred shares which never got reverse splitted like our investment here..way unfair imo..but however she protected her brothers doings in several newspaperblogs..having all links here aswell mp3 recordings.
