CCME, due to valuation is really funny. They think that a 2010 PE of about 7.5-8 is too expensive? But how can you then raise the share price target? Makes no sense. And btw what's the different between "accumulate" and "buy"? Correct me if I'm wrong but in order to accumulate a stock I need to buy it right? Complete hogwash IMO.
