You and I may have our own opinions, but we haven't seen their reports. What if things add up and they do buy back shares? I have never personally owned shares in a stock that the company did a "buy back." FLTT has made some interesting acquisitions and changed their entire companies' structure to streamline their approach. I would think it would help shareholder confidence for sure.
