I never said a buyout could not happen. I repeatedly said a buyout prior to drilling would not happen. Then I said a buyout during drilling would not happen. Now I'm saying a buyout will not happen prior to the release of drilling results.

Then I said it was a bad thing when SNP took over for Anadarko because it would be better to have more operators, not less. Then I said it was a terrible thing when the Chinese bought out Addax because we would be totally dependent on the communist Chinese for all of our info on all of our blocks.

I was also right when I was able to contact someone at Addax and they told me it would be over 6 months before we got any drilling results. Do you remember the flak I took over that one?

That pretty much sums up with what I was right about off the top of my head. Those other things you mentioned I don't believe I even had an opinion on.

Lately I have been saying I don't think we will get the NSAI report or be on the AIM before the end of the year. I also don't think I'm wrong when I call managment incompetent.

And you know what? Each and every time I said anything about any of the above, some people jumped all over me, told me I was a basher, told me I had no clue what I was talking about, told me I was a trader trying to get the share price down so I could get more shares, etc. etc.

Now I hope I'm wrong about something like the NSAI report or an imminent buyout. And if I am wrong, I will gladly admit it. That in and of itself is a rarity on this board. How many have actually admitted they were wrong when they were wrong? Think about it.

IMHO, he believes there are too many unknowns still in ERHE for anyone to buy us out at anything but bargan basement pricing.
Still IMHO, before anyone like Sinopec would offer Offor anything aproaching his price(weather $10.00 or $5.00)we first must have settled block 5 & 6 rights, our EEZ 15%ers, comerciality of block 2,3 &4( which SNP may know)and comerciality of EEZ, I believe SNP is willing to pay top dollar for proven but, nothing for speculative prospects.
It is also MHO that SEO will make no deal untill he gets the First Alantic 8% back under what he considers to be a good or reasonable deal. I believe there is constant negotiatons going on between several interested parties with SNP playing how low will you go and Offor stating we are golden. Sometime they are gpoing to get enough information to reach some kind of a deal, but not tomorrow or the next day
