I can't find jack. Whit doesn't have to report that kind of stuff on the pinks. Last year I remember the reported O/S to be 3.2M and then again in July he reported 3.2M. Can't add to the float without the O/S since the O/S is all encompassing. That's why I don't get how the O/S hasn't gone up. If the company has zero cash and is not generating enough revenue to pay the bills then they have to be diluting....but he's showing none. That's what I don't understand. Has he been financing operations out of his IRA? Something doesn't add up.
