I know it's natural to come up with absurd fantasies to try to explain why what was promised weeks and months ago still remains unseen, but there can be no explanation other than either it's getting done or never getting done. You can't, as a BOD, intentionally delay such an annoucement because people bought and sold today and those people would have a major remedy if the Company was just delaying what was done to play squeeze the shorty cake.
