I sold my traiding WAMUQ position last Tuesday but I have not sold one single WAMPQ. Actually I only hold WAMPQ here and I intend not to buy or sell one single share till the end!

I agree with what you think ! Wamu is a 100 years old bank and this BK case is much stronger than Leohman or Bear Stearn comparatively. The FDIC transfer is absolutely and obvoiusly a SERIOUS MISTAKE that a blind can see. Most bank bk case struggle similiarly like Wamu case and I think the story will go to low ball offer and the next day 3 times and then 10 times and settled. Wamuers have to be patient and keep your position ! I will not believe (1) a Judge will approve any POR with no figure of assets (2) a sale and purchase done without knowing what to sell and what to buy !
